If you choose to submit articles or content to the YBA:
• Article Publication: Articles you submit may be published on our website, newsletter, or shared via our social media platforms. Your name will not be published alongside your work unless you explicitly request for this. Minors are required to have parental consent for the publication of any articles as well as your name.
• Anonymity: You may request anonymity or pseudonymity for article publications if you prefer that your name not be associated with your submission.
Please be aware: Once articles are published, they may be accessible publicly and shared through YBA’s platforms and channels.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include secure data storage, password protection, and access control.
However, as the internet is not completely secure, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data during transmission or storage.

Participation in these events is voluntary, and attendees understand that the activities are not legally binding.
The Youth Bar Association logo is the intellectual property of YBA and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of the logo, including reproduction, distribution, or modification without permission, is strictly prohibited.
